Yes. Dan coaches doctors applying for the RACGP AGPT and FSP programs (which use the Casper Test, the same one as Australian medical schools, held to a higher bar) and doctors applying for ACRRM rural pathway selection (which uses an MMI-format interview).

What is Dan's offer rate for MMI and CASPer coaching?

Across 2024 and 2025, Dan's coached students received 72 medical school offers and 54 CASPer Q4s. Every Friday at 6pm AEST, you join a small group (capped at 12) on Zoom. Dan runs through a real-style CASPer station - you write your response under timed conditions, and then Dan individually reviews your written answer and gives you feedback tailored to what you wrote, not a generic rubric. You also hear how 8-12 other motivated students answered the same prompt, which is the single fastest way to learn what a Q4 response actually looks like. You can buy a one-off $120 pass or ongoing weekly access at $120/week from the protected class page. 34 of last year's regulars scored Q4.

Dan covers all major Australian MD programs including University of Melbourne, Monash, ANU, UQ, USYD, Flinders, UWA, UNSW, and Notre Dame. Structurally yes - the station types (ethics, role-play, policy, communication) are the same. What differs is the expected level of response. Specialist program assessors are senior clinicians who expect doctor-level thinking, not student-level. Dan calibrates the coaching accordingly - same framework, higher bar.

It is the same Casper Test - same Acuity Insights platform, same nine competencies, same response formats. What changes is the bar. Doctors applying for AGPT or FSP are assessed at registrar level rather than student level: deeper reflection, multilateral empathy, considered ethical reasoning. It depends on your starting point and timeline. Most students complete 3-8 sessions for meaningful improvement. Dan will give you an honest assessment in your first session and build a plan that suits your schedule and budget - no pressure to commit to more than you need.

The first session is a full 1-hour Zoom session at $300. Dan will ask about your target universities or program, your current situation, and your timeline. He'll give you an honest assessment of where you stand and build a personalised prep plan from there. You'll leave with a clear strategy - and usually practice time too.

All sessions are online via Zoom. This means students and doctors from anywhere in Australia - or internationally - can work with Dan. Online delivery is also great for MMI prep, as many programs now conduct interviews remotely.
