Yes. Dan coaches doctors applying for the RACGP AGPT and FSP programs (which use the Casper Test, the same one as Australian medical schools, held to a higher bar) and doctors applying for ACRRM rural pathway selection (which uses an MMI-format interview).

What is Dan's offer rate for MMI and CASPer coaching?

Structurally yes - the station types (ethics, role-play, policy, communication) are the same. What differs is the expected level of response. Specialist program assessors are senior clinicians who expect doctor-level thinking, not student-level. Dan calibrates the coaching accordingly - same framework, higher bar.

It is the same Casper Test - same Acuity Insights platform, same nine competencies, same response formats. What changes is the bar. Doctors applying for AGPT or FSP are assessed at registrar level rather than student level: deeper reflection, multilateral empathy, considered ethical reasoning.
